The program

Volleyball Guys, operated by Backyard Collective, runs a recurring text message program that sends product drop alerts, restock notices, and promotional offers to subscribers who opt in.

How to join

You can join by entering your mobile number in a signup form on volleyballguys.com. By submitting your number you agree to receive marketing text messages from Volleyball Guys at that number, including messages sent by automated systems. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

You must be the account holder of the mobile number you submit, or have the account holder's permission to enroll it.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on our drop schedule.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves. Any charges come from your mobile carrier under your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again on our site.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.

Your information

Information you provide through this program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is never shared with any third party.

We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted at volleyballguys.com/sms-terms with the effective date at the top.
